WHAT IS TINY HOUSE?

TINY HOUSE means small mobile house, usually it built out of metal frame and wooden materials when the construction is laid on a metal construction with a trailer which allow to mobile it by a vehicle.

Many times people prefer to use the tiny house not as a mobile house but as a fixed permanent house on their land.

Tiny Houses are vehicles with a Certificate “02 Type Approval Certificate” or other depend on your country, Tiny Houses are licensed trailer and has a road permit as they are included in the travel trailer class. Since it is not legally a building but a vehicle, it is subject to highways and has the status of a parked caravan. It is compatible with current legislation in most of the countries.

IS TINY HOUSE EARTHQUAKE RESISTANT?

Since steel construction structure is used, it is much stronger and more durable compared to reinforced concrete structures.

 

HOW IS ELECTRICITY PROVIDED IN TINY HOUSES?

Electricity can be easily provided by mains electricity, solar panel or generator.

 

ARE TINY HOUSES SUITABLE FOR ALL CLIMATE CONDITIONS?

CAN TINY HOUSES BE PLACED ON LAND WITHOUT A CONSTRUCTION PERMIT?

Legally, the structure is not fixed and since it is a vehicle, it is subject to highway regulations, therefore you can placed the tiny house in any  land, field, garden, protected areas, etc., without a construction  permit. For commercial use, the necessary license must be obtained from the relevant municipality.

WHAT PREPARATION SHOULD BE DONE ON THE FLOOR BEFORE PLACING THE TINY HOUSE?

All Tiny Houses have a jack and four tires at each of the four corners. All Tiny Houses have stopers on the metal carrier which touching the ground from 8 points. To prevent the ends of the jacks from sinking becouse of soft ground surface, you can make corners made of concrete or wooden at the size of 40 x 40 cm per each, that can be placed on the land without any infrastructure preparation.    in addition, if the land has the risk to be sinking by the time then you ; shall use gravel, etc. on the area for leveling the ground. Measures such as laying granular material are recommended to prevent soil settlement over time.

HOW IS WASTE WATER DRAINED IN TINY HOUSES?

The waste water drain varies depending on where you will use it. If you choose a location close to the sewer network, connection to the network can be made. If you will stay in a different location for a long time, it can be solved with ready-made septic tanks.

 

CAN I GIVE INSURANCE TO TINY HOUSE?

Considering the risk situation on the land where it is placed, including the items inside, through contracted insurance companies; Car insurance can be obtained with premium prices in the range of 10 to 20 per 1000.
